The sight of Nemanja Vidic majestically swooping into tackles in a Man Utd shirt may be a thing of the past as Inter Milan are reported to have spoken with Vidic's agent.
With Vidic's contract expiring in June this year, teams are now free to speak to Vidic without needing permission from Man Utd. Of course United could easily end the possibility of Vidic leaving for free; however it seems as though they will not get the opportunity to enter negotiations.
According to the Express, Vidic is though to be disillusioned with how things have transpired at Manchester United and is actively resisting signing a new deal, leaving him open to a bosman transfer.
AC Milan and Juventus are thought to be two other teams who have openly declared their interest.
