The FA have just confirmed that Yaya Toure will escape further action from the FA for his alleged kick on Norwich City player Ricky van Wolfwinkel during the sides 0-0 draw at Carrow Road on Saturday.
Despite obviously moving his foot towards the Norwich striker in an aggressive manner, the FA have stated that there was no case to answer after a panel of three referees could not agree on whether Toure's action warranted punishment.
On the other hand, former Man City player has been found guilty of violent conduct after raising his fist towards the head of Swansea player Jonathan De Guzman and is now set for a period out with suspension.
